Patrick R. Moran

As a partner at Rock Fusco & Connelly, LLC, nestled in Chicago, Illinois, Patrick R. Additionally, Mr. Moran lends his legal acumen to various companies and individuals embroiled in business conflicts, tackling issues like breach of contract, fraud, shareholder and partnership disagreements, disputes over restrictive covenants, statutory infringements and defamation. His courtroom prowess is well-established, having brought numerous cases to verdict in both state and federal courts, as well as before diverse arbitration panels.

Following the completion of his Bachelor of Arts at the University of Illinois at Chicago in 1995, Mr. Moran pursued his legal education at Chicago-Kent College of Law – Illinois Institute of Technology, where he earned his Juris Doctor in 2000. That same year, he obtained his license to practice law in Illinois, gaining admission to the Illinois Supreme Court, the U.S. District Courts for the Northern and Central Districts of Illinois – Trial Bar, and the U.S. Court of Appeals for the 7th Circuit.

Beyond his professional life, Mr. Moran actively engages with several esteemed legal organizations, including the Chicago Bar Association, the Illinois State Bar Association, the Federal Bar Association and the Defense Research Institute. His commitment to community service is evident from his six-year tenure as a board member for the Court Appointed Special Advocates (CASA) of Cook County. He also contributes his time as a hearing officer for the Chicago Bar Association’s Judicial Evaluation Committee.
