- People v. Jeremy Rice Officer Rice, a Chicago Police officer, was arrested as a result of a domestic battery related to the grandfather of his children. Officer Rice risked the loss of his position as a Chicago Police officer, the tarnishing of his record, being accused of a crime he did not commit and lost wages as a result of the arrest. Attorney Bhatt established that the complainant was the true aggressor and that Officer Rice was simply defending himself against an attack. Officer Rice was found not guilty on all battery charges, 2019
- People v. Deangelo Dotson Attorney Bhatt successfully obtained a finding of not guilty for the possession of a firearm by a felon carrying a possible penalty of 4-15 years in prison. Through the careful cross-examination of the State's witnesses, attorney Bhatt exposed the weaknesses in the prosecution's case. Defendant was found not guilty on all charges related to the firearm, 2017

Deangelo Dotson Attorney Purav Bhatt successfully compelled the State's Attorney to dismiss all charges against Dotson in 2 cases including the attempted murder, aggravated kidnapping and aggravated battery of a man who was allegedly kidnapped and tortures in retaliation for a drug dispute. Attorney Bhatt convinced a court that the State could not prove beyond a reasonable doubt that the defendant participated in the crimes and was found not guilty, 2017
- United States of America v. Babbage Net School United States Attorney indicted and charged Babbage Net School with fraud in the amount of $33 million. Through the use of forensic accountants and financial experts, attorney Bhatt was able to establish the provable value of the fraud to be $11 million thereby significantly reducing the possible penalties for the defendants. Defendants sentences were reduced by 50% as a result of the failure of the US Attorney to establish the full fraud amount of $33 million, 2018
- Babbage Net School vs. Chicago Public Schools and the Board of Education Obtained a $400,000 verdict against the Chicago Public Schools and Board of Education for breach of contract for failure to pay wages earned by client. Babbage Net School, a secondary education provider continued to provide services to Chicago Public Schools after a federal indictment. As a result of the indictment, Chicago Public Schools refused to pay wages earned. Attorney Bhatt successfully won a verdict despite assistance to the defense from the US Attorney, 2018

Marcus Tate - successfully argued for an acquittal of all charges in the attempted murder, aggravated battery with a firearm and witness intimidation prosecution of the State's witness in a separate homicide.
