R. Joseph Kramer

Joe practices complex plaintiff's personal injury litigation. He has successfully represented clients in Mass Tort/Products Liability; FELA (Railroad Injury); and single instance Personal Injury claims. Since starting his own firm in 2018, he continues to represent clients in these areas, but has begun taking on more single instance injury claims. Kramer Injury Law LLC represents injured individuals suffering after car accidents, pedestrian auto accidents, bicycle accidents, motorcycle accidents, slip and falls, and trip and falls. Since the majority of Joe's career has been spent litigating mass tort claims, he has an appetite for complex litigation and finds the added challenge engaging. Joe has represented hundreds of clients and been responsible for preparing over 50 cases for trial. He has a particular affinity for working with experts, regardless of the level of scientific complexity. Ultimately, he has been primarily responsible for handling all of the pre-trial aspects of preparing cases for trial and has served on a number of trial teams in complex plaintiff's litigation. Joe's work has helped obtain billions for injured clients.
