Richard K. Hellerman

With over 30 jury and bench trials in business, probate, bankruptcy and tort matters during his 33 years in practice, Mr. Hellerman well knows the importance of representing his clients as an aggressive, tenacious trial lawyer.  But, Mr. Hellerman also understands the value of being a business advisor and counselor to his clients, listening to their concerns and working with them to provide guidance to accomplish their goals and minimize the risk of litigation in the first instance.  Mr. Hellerman has substantial experience in handling emergent litigation surrounding restrictive covenants and disputes between business owners, as well as many other aspects of business litigation.  In November 2013, he opened his own law office, providing him even more flexibility to serve both existing and new clients in the most efficient manner possible.
