I am a registered patent attorney with over 13 years of experience in preparing and prosecuting US and foreign patent applications in various technical fields, including the mechanical, electrical, and medical device arts.

I counsel clients on patentability, freedom to operate, and patent invalidity issues, and help them devise optimal patent filing strategies to protect their innovations and business interests. I also contribute to PTABWatch, a blog that analyzes and reports the latest developments in post-grant proceedings at the Patent Trial and Appeal Board of the USPTO.
