Scott G. Goldstein, a notable workers’ compensation attorney at Ankin Law Offices in Chicago, Illinois, has a deep-rooted passion for advocacy. He serves clients in and around the Chicago area.
Raised in a family with a strong union background, Mr. Goldstein's father rose from being a city bus driver to the president of the Milwaukee Area Labor Council, AFL-CIO, while his mother remains active in her university's union. This environment instilled in him a commitment to justice and workers' rights, which he fervently pursues in his legal career.
Mr. Goldstein's early exposure to labor movements, such as the Patrick Cudahy meatpackers strike in 1987 and the Greyhound drivers' strike in 1990, shaped his dedication to workers' rights. Today, he is a prominent figure in workers' compensation law in the Chicagoland area, frequently appearing before the Illinois Workers’ Compensation Commission to secure rightful awards for his clients.
Before joining Ankin Law Offices, Mr. Goldstein traveled extensively across Latin America, the Middle East, Asia and Europe. These travels fostered a profound respect for diverse cultures and lifestyles, which now aids him in understanding and advocating for his clients, many of whom come from various parts of the world. His empathetic nature and determination to fight for justice are rooted in his diverse experiences and working-class upbringing.

He holds a Bachelor of Arts from the University of San Francisco (2001) and a Juris Doctor from Atlanta’s John Marshall Law School (2005).
