Recognized as one of the nation's first nursing home negligence attorneys, he has successfully litigated record-breaking cases in favor of his clients. Such cases include a medical malpractice settlement of $17.7 million for a police officer who was negligently cared for at a hospital, a $6.7 million birth injury verdict, a $6 million medical malpractice lawsuit, a $5.7 million verdict for a workplace accident case, and many others.
