Thomas C. Marszewski, Jr.

Attorney and Chicago native Thomas C. Marszewski Jr. is the founder of Marszewski & Galvin Law Firm. From his Chicago personal injury law office, he proudly serves the people of Chicago, Cook County and surrounding northeastern Illinois who have suffered injuries due to the negligence of other individuals, professionals or companies in a wide range of cases, including:

Mr. Marszewski began his legal career in 1992 after earning his law degree from Chicago-Kent College of Law and his approval to practice law in Illinois. After law school, attorney Marszewski spent nearly 10 years with a nationally known personal injury firm before joining the Chicago office of what is now The Cochran Firm, where he remained until the founding of Marszewski & Galvin Law Firm in 2007.

Attorney Marszewski's nearly 29 years of experience in personal injury law have resulted in honors and awards from the legal community. In 2006, his peers voted him among the "40 Illinois Attorneys Under 40 to Watch" in an annual survey done by Law Bulletin Publishing Co. 

Mr. Marszewski's recognition is due not only to his experience, but also to his long record of success. He has proven his abilities repeatedly as an instrumental part of several landmark cases against large corporations, municipalities and medical facilities that resulted in several verdicts and settlements of over $1 million for his clients.
