Leigh Perica

Leigh Perica is an associate attorney at McCune Wright Arevalo, LLP, in Edwardsville, Illinois. Ms. Perica focuses her practice on commercial litigation and class action lawsuits, serving clients nationwide. She is a committed advocate for her clients and provides thorough and professional representation.

Ms. Perica received a bachelor’s degree from the University of Illinois Urbana-Champaign in 2011. She went on to graduate from the University of Kentucky Rosenberg College of Law in 2014. While attending law school, she participated on the national moot court team, was president of the moot court board and received the Luke Woodward award for excellence in oral argument and leadership.

Ms. Perica obtained her license to practice law before all Illinois and Missouri state courts. She is also qualified to appear before the U.S. District Courts for the Northern and Southern Districts of Illinois, the U.S. District Court for the Eastern District of Michigan and the U.S. District Court for the Eastern District of Missouri.

Prior to joining McCune Wright Arevalo, LLP, Ms. Perica clerked for Hon. David R. Herndon (Ret.) at the U.S. District Court for the Southern District of Illinois. While serving in this role, she handled a wide variety of civil, criminal and class action cases. 

Outside of her law practice, Ms. Perica stays involved in her legal community through participation in several professional organizations. She is a member of the Madison County Bar Association, the Bar Association of Metropolitan St. Louis, the Illinois State Bar Association, the Missouri Bar and the Illinois Trial Lawyers Association.
