Prior to attending law school, he completed his bachelor’s degree in psychology at the University of Illinois Urbana-Champaign in 1983.

Since becoming licensed to practice law in Illinois the same year he graduated from law school, Mr. Karayannis has worked constantly to progress the standard of client care in his industry to even greater heights through his own practice.
