Nicholas M. Karayannis

A stalwart champion for his clients through all the legal challenges they face, Nicholas Marios Karayannis provides efficacious legal representation in myriad personal injury matters with a special emphasis on workers’ compensation law. From the Karayannis Law Offices, LLC in Geneva, Illinois, he serves residents throughout Kane, Kendall, DeKalb, Will and Cook counties. He stays active within his legal community, having memberships in the Kane County Bar Association, The Chicago Bar Association and the Illinois State Bar Association.

Mr. Karayannis completed his undergraduate studies in 2016, graduating with his bachelor’s degree from the University of Illinois Urbana-Champaign. He went on to attend the Chicago-Kent College of Law at the Illinois Institute of Technology, where he was a member of the Hellenic and Panhellenic Law Student Association and was a recipient of the CALI Excellence for the Future Award in legal writing. He received his Juris Doctor cum laude in 2019, and in the same year, he obtained his license to practice law in Illinois. 

In a relatively short period of time, Mr. Karayannis has garnered the adulation of his peers for promoting client-centric ideals through his own practice, giving his clients the support they deserve and the confidence to push through all challenges and obstacles without adding any undue stress. Starting his career as a 711 licensed intern at the Kane County States Attorney’s Office – and then becoming an assistant state’s attorney at the same organization – he understands how to help his clients navigate the judicial process he is familiar with.
