Patrick J. Williams

Patrick J. Williams is a managing partner and founding member of Ekl Williams & Provenzale Llc. Representing clients in the Lisle and Chicago metropolitan areas, he handles cases of civil litigation, construction litigation for consumers, estate and trust litigation, business real estate, and corporate and business law. Mr. Williams handles the firm’s long-standing business, corporate and banking clients with his extensive knowledge and experience. With a focus on corporate and bank transactional matters and UCC and regulatory litigation, he has over 25 years of experience as a qualified, knowledgeable attorney.

Admitted to practice before numerous federal courts, including the United States Court of Appeals for the Armed Forces, the U.S. District Court for the Northern District of Illinois, the Supreme Court of the United States and the United States Court of Appeals for the Seventh Circuit, Mr. Williams also represents clients in state courts in Wisconsin and Illinois. He is a member of the General Bar and Trial Bar of the U.S. District Court for the Northern District of Illinois, the Illinois State Bar Association and the DuPage County Bar Association.

In 1978, Mr. Williams graduated magna cum laude with his Bachelor of Arts from the University of Illinois, then attended Loyola University Chicago School of Law. He earned his Juris Doctor in 1981 and has clients that have stayed with him throughout his entire legal career.

Mr. Williams has handled collections, mechanic’s liens, landlord/tenant and eviction matters, mortgage foreclosures, real estate contract disputes and construction litigation through his career, along with contested will and probate estate cases.
