  • DuPage County - $825,000 recovered for a woman who slipped and fell at work as the result of a leaking refrigerator causing water to pool on the break room floor. The Plaintiff shattered her patella, requiring surgery. Our office represented this client in both the workers' compensation and personal injury matter. Approximately $750,000 was recovered under the Personal Injury case and $75,000 worth of benefits was received through the workers' compensation case, 2021.
  • DuPage County - $196,000 recovered by jury trial verdict for a man who was injured in a car crash when the Defendant changed lanes into the Plaintiff's car. Our client sustained a knee injury requiring a partial meniscectomy; his doctor testified that he was 100% certain our client would require a total knee replacement at some point in his lifetime. The Defendant was insured by State Farm who had coverage limits of $100,000. State Farm paid the entire verdict, including the amount in excess of their coverage, plus costs within 30 days of jury verdict, 2022.
