- Mr. Crannell recovered $190,000.00 for a woman who fell down a dimly lit half flight of stairs when entering an office building, 2013.
- DuPage County - $825,000 recovered for a woman who slipped and fell at work as the result of a leaking refrigerator causing water to pool on the break room floor. The Plaintiff shattered her patella, requiring surgery. Our office represented this client in both the workers' compensation and personal injury matter. Approximately $750,000 was recovered under the Personal Injury case and $75,000 worth of benefits was received through the workers' compensation case, 2021.
- DuPage County - $196,000 recovered by jury trial verdict for a man who was injured in a car crash when the Defendant changed lanes into the Plaintiff's car. Our client sustained a knee injury requiring a partial meniscectomy; his doctor testified that he was 100% certain our client would require a total knee replacement at some point in his lifetime. The Defendant was insured by State Farm who had coverage limits of $100,000. State Farm paid the entire verdict, including the amount in excess of their coverage, plus costs within 30 days of jury verdict, 2022.
- DuPage County - $806,000 recovered by jury trial verdict for a woman who was rear-ended in a motor vehicle collision. She sustained injuries to the discs in her cervical, thoracic, and lumbar spine. Her doctor recommended spinal injections, but she had not undergone any injections prior to trial. State Farm was the insurance carrier for the defendant with a $100,000 policy. State Farm paid the full verdict including the amount in excess of their coverage limits plus costs ($806,000) within 30 days. The best offer from State Farm before trial was $40,000, 2022.
- Will County - $1,000,000 recovered for a woman who was injured in a slip and fall at a grocery store in Bolingbrook, Illinois. Our client slipped and fell on a recently mopped floor. Her injuries included a torn rotator cuff with 3 surgeries and aggravation of pre-existing injuries to her lower extremity requiring multiple surgeries as well, 2022.
- Recovered policy limits of $100,000 for client who sustained a broken humerus and radius in a motor vehicle collision, 2014.
