Kevin P. O’Flaherty is the founder and owner of O’Flaherty Law. He serves clients from the firm’s office in Naperville, Illinois. He also has attorneys in Wisconsin, Iowa, and throughout Illinois. Currently, Kevin oversees the firm and his attorneys' practice:

After completing his Bachelor of Arts from The University of Iowa in 2004, Mr. O’Flaherty earned his Juris Doctor from the Chicago-Kent College of Law, Illinois Institute of Technology, in 2007. He is licensed to practice in Illinois, Iowa, Indiana, and the United States District Court for the Northern District of Illinois.

He understands that finding the right approach is key to achieving his clients’ goals and tries to resolve conflicts before entering the courtroom.
