Stephen R. Botti

Stephen R. Botti is the principal attorney at the law firm Botti Marinaccio, LTD. in Oak Brook, Illinois. He renders his service to the people of Chicago and several surrounding counties. He primarily focuses his practice on family law and assists people facing the following issues:

An alumnus of the University of Richmond Robins School of Business, Mr. Botti graduated in the year 1976 earning his Bachelor of Science degree. He immediately joined the University of Richmond School of Law to earn his law degree and received his Juris Doctor in 1979. 

After obtaining his admittance to practice law in the state of Illinois in 1980, Mr. Botti kickstarted his career as Cook County’s State Attorney and served and prosecuted crimes for more than three years. He has been practicing family law for more than three decades now and is well-recognized and considered one of the competent family trial law attorneys in Chicago. He is trained and holds significant knowledge in various other methods to settle a case, such as cooperative law and collaborative law.

Mr. Botti has been peer-reviewed and rated AV Preeminent* by his peers through Martindale-Hubbell and was also named among the Top 10 Family Law Attorneys in the state of Illinois by the National Academy of Family Law Attorneys. He holds the perfect score of 10.0 on Avvo.
