Serving as the president and managing partner of Favaro & Gorman, Ltd., Mr. Favaro has achieved notable success advocating on behalf of employees who experienced discrimination, harassment, wrongful termination or some other violation of their rights in the workplace.

Through his efforts, he has helped establish his law firm as one of the area's premiere legal practices for employment law, and he has received numerous awards and honors throughout his career for his exceptional legal abilities and impeccable professional standards.

In addition to his legal practice, Mr. Favaro serves as adjunct legal professor at William Rainey Harper College, and he conducts lectures and continuing legal education seminars across the county on a variety of topics related to employment law.

A graduate of Illinois Wesleyan University, Mr. Favaro attended Valparaiso University Law School, where he obtained his Juris Doctor in 1986. He is also a graduate of the Gerry Spence Trial Lawyer's College, and he received certification as a trial advocate by the National Institute for Trial Advocacy as well as a certification in mediation from the Illinois State Bar Association.

Upon earning his legal degree, Mr. Favaro received his license to practice from the Illinois State Bar Association in 1986. He is also admitted to practice before the U.S. District Court for the Northern District of Illinois, the U.S. Court of Appeals for the 7th Circuit and the U.S. Supreme Court.

Active in his legal community, he has served as president of the Northwest Suburban Bar Association and once served as committee chair for the McHenry County Bar Association. Committed to giving back to his local community as well, he is active in a number of local charitable organizations and his church.
