J. Kevin Wolfe

Kevin Wolfe is an attorney with Harvey & Stuckel who focuses on personal injury law. Serving the people of Peoria, Illinois, and the Peoria-Perkin metropolitan areas, he handles matters of medical malpractice, product failure, slip and fall, construction accidents and motor vehicle accidents. A passionate advocate for those who have been injured, he has over three decades of experience fighting for their rights and their futures.

At the University of Illinois Urbana-Champaign, Mr. Wolfe earned a Bachelor of Arts in History in 1982. He then moved on to law school at Rutgers Law School, where he graduated in 1986 with his Juris Doctor. As he solely represents the injured and their families, he is also actively involved with professional legal organizations, including the American Association for Justice, the Illinois State Bar Association and the Illinois Trial Lawyers Association.

Mr. Wolfe is admitted to practice in both Illinois and New Jersey. After recovering millions of dollars for his injured clients, he was given membership within the Million Dollar Advocates Forum. Although he is experienced in dispute resolution, mediation and arbitration, he has also spent many years in the courtroom and is prepared to litigate when necessary, to provide the compensation his clients need after an injury or illness.

During his long, successful career, Mr. Wolfe has represented clients before the Illinois Workers’ Compensation Commission when they have been injured on the job. A veteran attorney, he is often asked to speak on topics related to workers’ compensation and civil practice matters.
