Thomas M. Fabiano

Fabiano Law Offices has been serving clients in the greater Rockford area for more than 60 years. It was founded by Anthony R. Fabiano in 1954, and in 1996 Thomas had the good fortune of joining his father to help continue the tradition of providing the highest quality legal representation and counsel to those who are wrongfully injured. The goal of Fabiano Law Offices is to achieve the maximum amount of compensation allowed under the law so their clients can recover physically, financially and emotionally.  Thomas has a long record of successfully obtaining favorable verdicts and settlements for clients in Rockford, Illinois, who were wrongfully injured as the result of someone else’s careless or unlawful actions. Mr. Fabiano completed his Bachelor of Arts in political science and government in 1988 at The University of Iowa. He then pursued his legal education at The John Marshall Law School and received his Juris Doctor in 1992. The same year, he passed his bar examination and was admitted to practice in Illinois.

Thomas has handled more than 45 jury trials in many different Illinois courtrooms, including those in Rockford, Belvidere, Oregon, Chicago, Bridgeview, Rolling Meadows and Skokie. Mr. Fabiano has fought against many insurance/manufacturing companies and their tactics to obtain successful settlements and verdicts for his clients. Some of the settlements and verdicts were more than what was originally demanded. His passion for justice and unrelenting approach has led many companies to change their general safety policies and health protocols.

A member of the City of Rockford Zoning Board of Appeals, Mr. Fabiano is a part of the Knights of Columbus, a global Catholic fraternal organization. He also serves on the Winnebago County Zoning Board of Appeals and the Winnebago County Liquor and Tobacco Advisory Board.

An inspiring speaker, Mr. Fabiano is frequently requested by legal organizations such as the Illinois State Bar Association and Winnebago County Bar Association to educate lawyers.
