Before founding the law firm, Mr. Kozlov worked at several different Chicago law firms. He received his externship experience at Cook County Office of Public Defender. Before becoming an attorney Mr. Kozlov developed excellent negotiation skills by volunteering at different non-profit organizations. Fedor Kozlov had also worked as an advocate for women victims of domestic violence at Eve, Inc., Lansing, Michigan.
