Scott Barber is a founding partner of Barber Law Offices LLC, based in Schaumburg, Illinois, where he provides legal representation to individuals and families in a range of complex legal matters. Mr. Barber earned his Bachelor of Arts degree from Arizona State University in 1980. He went on to receive his Juris Doctor from Valparaiso University School of Law in 1984. That same year, he was admitted to practice law in Illinois and later gained admission to the U.S. District Court for the Northern District of Illinois.
Mr. Barber is a member of the Illinois State Bar Association, the Illinois Workers' Compensation Lawyers Association, the American Association for Justice and the Northwest Suburban Bar Association. He served as president of the Northwest Suburban Bar Association from 2009 to 2010.
