She is a member of the Illinois State Bar Association, the Shelby County Bar Association, the Women’s Bar Association of Illinois and the Illinois Trial Lawyers Association.

In 1998, Ms. Nohren received a Bachelor of Arts in political science from Illinois Wesleyan University. She then earned a Juris Doctor from the Southern Illinois University School of Law in 2000.

A native of Shelby County, Ms. Nohren understands the unique circumstances that people here face. Her clients range from individuals and businesses to financial institutions. As a licensed mediator and collaboratively trained lawyer, Ms. Nohren knows how to find efficient and fair resolutions outside of the courtroom. She also serves often as a court-appointed guardian ad litem to advocate for the disabled and minors who are in the court system.

Ms. Nohren is admitted to practice before the U.S. District Courts for the Southern, Central and Northern Districts of Illinois, as well as all appellate and state courts.
