In the same year, she was admitted to practice law in Illinois and was further admitted to appear before the U.S. District Court for the Northern District of Illinois and the U.S. Supreme Court.

Having been an active participant in the legal community, Ms. Nyuli has served as the president of the Illinois Bar Foundation, the Kane County Bar Association and the Kane County Bar Foundation. She also previously chaired the Family Law Committee of the Kane County Bar Association and the Judicial Advisory Polls Committee of the Illinois State Bar Association. Through her continued involvement with these organizations, she has kept herself informed of the advancements in the field.

Throughout her career, Ms. Nyuli has made significant contributions in the field of family law and was awarded the Family Law Achievement Award from the Kane County Bar Association in 2003. She also received the Presidential Commendation Award, the Board of Governors Award and the Matthew Maloney Tradition of Excellence Award from the Illinois State Bar Association.
