Margie Komes Putzler

Margie Komes Putzler is an associate attorney at Turner & Sackett Law Offices in Sycamore, Illinois. Ms. Komes Putzler focuses her practice on personal injury law, representing injury victims in Chicago and the surrounding metropolitan area.

Ms. Komes Putzler handles matters involving motor vehicle accidents, construction accidents, medical malpractice, premises liability, railroad crossing accidents, truck accidents, workers’ compensation and wrongful death. She has a personal understanding of the devastating financial, mental and emotional impact of a catastrophic injury and uses her knowledge and experience to provide extraordinary legal service to each client.

In addition to her personal injury practice, Ms. Komes Putzler is active in her legal community through membership in professional organizations such as the DeKalb County Bar Association, the Kane County Bar Association, the Kendall County Bar Association, the Illinois State Bar Association, the Illinois Trial Lawyers Association and the American Association for Justice.

Ms. Komes Putzler also serves on the Northern Illinois University Alumni Council. She engages in pro bono representation as a Court Appointed Special Advocate, representing neglected and abused children.

After earning a bachelor’s degree from Northern Illinois University, Ms. Komes Putzler received a master’s degree from Aurora University. She went on to graduate from Northern Illinois University College of Law. She  holds licenses to practice law before all Illinois state courts and the U.S. district courts for the northern and central districts of Illinois.
