Lynn M. Mirabella

Lynn M. Mirabella is a Partner at Mirabella, Kincaid, Frederick & Mirabella, LLC, in Wheaton and St. Charles, Illinois. Ms. Mirabella concentrates her practice on family law, and she is certified to represent children as a Guardian ad Litem, Child's Represenative, and Attorney for Child. She also has extensive experience in collaborative law, arbitration, and mediation. 

After graduating from the University of Illinois at Urbana-Champaign, Ms. Mirabella earned her law degree from the Illinois Institute of Technology Chicago-Kent College of Law. She has additional credentials, including a certification in collaborative law by the International Academy of Collaborative Professionals and a mediation certification from the Association for Conflict Resolution Academy of Family Mediators.

Ms. Mirabella has been licensed to practice law in Illinois since 1987 and is also admitted before the U.S. District Court for the Northern District of Illinois. She has received recognition for her accomplishments, including being named as one of the “top attorneys in Illinois” by Chicago magazine and a “leading lawyer” by Leading Lawyers. She also received the DuPage Legal Assistance Foundation’s pro bono service award in 2009 and 2010.  

Active in a variety of professional organizations, Ms. Mirabella participates in the DuPage County Bar Association, the Kane County Bar Association and the DuPage Association of Women Lawyers. She was president of the Justinian Society of Lawyers and has spoken on family law and guardianship topics at a variety of bar association training classes.
