With over 30 years of experience practicing law, Nick Marsico has been a champion for his clients’ goals and works tirelessly to relieve them of their business stress and get them on the road to success and growth. A Senior Director at the law office of Huck Bouma in Wheaton, Illinois, he serves businesses throughout the surrounding region, as well as across the Chicagoland area in transactional matters pertaining to buying and selling businesses, license agreements, limited liability company issues, trademark and copyright protection, and contract drafting, among many others.

He went on to attend the DePaul University College of Law, where he was the editor and business manager of the DePaul Law Review. He received his Juris Doctor in 1991, and in the same year, he obtained his license to practice law in Chicago. He is admitted to practice before the United States District Court for the District of Illinois and the United States Tax Court.
As a certified public accountant, Mr. Marsico has taught students at the DePaul University CPA program as an adjunct professor, and he has been a speaker across various platforms, talking about topics related to his fields.
