Wendy M. Musielak

Wendy M. Musielak is an attorney with the Andrew Cores Family Law Group, a division of Esp Kreuzer Cores LLP in Wheaton, Illinois. Serving individuals and families throughout DuPage, Will and Kane counties and the surrounding areas of the Chicago metro area, Ms. Musielak focuses her practice almost exclusively on family law and helping her clients with all of the issues they face involving their divorces.

The recipient of the Lawyer of the Year award from the DuPage County Bar Association, Ms. Musielak has achieved notable success representing the rights and interests of those facing the ends of their marriages. Trained in mediation and collaborative law, she strives to help her clients resolve their conflicts and reach agreements for their matters related to child custody and support, alimony, property division and other issues as amicably and efficiently as possible.

Ms. Musielak also provides effective prenuptial agreements as well as litigation counsel to those who must rely on the court to resolve their differences. She has extensive experience with appeals, and she has gained invaluable experience helping her clients challenge a previous ruling regarding their cases in order to help them achieve the favorable outcomes they seek.

A 1999 summa cum laude graduate of DePaul University, Ms. Musielak returned to her alma mater and obtained her Juris Doctor from DuPaul University College of Law in 2003. The Illinois State Bar Association admitted her to practice that same year, and she is also admitted to practice before the U.S. District Court for the Northern District of Illinois and the U.S. Supreme Court.

Along with winning the Lawyer of the Year award, Ms. Musielak has also received recognition from Leading Lawyers Network for the past several years in addition to the other awards and honors she has earned for her impeccable professionalism and service. Regarded as a leader in her field, Ms. Musielak has conducted numerous lectures and seminars across her region, and she maintains active involvement with many local, state and national bar associations.
