Mark Holwager

Mr. Holwager focuses his law practice on long term care funding solutions, estate and trust planning & administration, and real estate matters.  He is the owner and managing partner of Holwager & Holwager, Attorneys at Law P.C. located in Beech Grove, IN.  The HHPC firm represents Hoosiers throughout the Indianapolis Metropolitan area and its surrounding communities. 

A frequent continuing education speaker and presenter at community and not-for-profit events, Mark has spoken in great detail about Indiana's Home and Community Based Services (HCBS) available to aging and disabled persons seeking or receiving Medicaid benefits to facilitate their 'aging-in-place'.  Mr. Holwager is also a member of the Indiana State Bar Association Elder Law Section and served as the Section's 2019-2020 Chair.  He is a past board member for the Indiana Chapter of the National Academy of Elder Law Attorneys (NAELA), and presently serves on the Government and Political Action Coalition (GPAC) for Indiana - NAELA.
