Betsy K. Greene

A co-founder and partner in Greene & Schultz Trial Lawyers located in Bloomington, Indiana, Betsy K. Greene focuses her litigation practice primarily on personal injury matters, representing plaintiffs who have been the victims of car, truck and motorcycle accidents, premises liability and slip-and-fall incidents, and medical malpractice and nursing home abuse cases. She also assists clients with Social Security Disability claims and is certified in civil trial advocacy by the National Board of Trial Advocacy.

In 1979, Ms. Greene graduated from Indiana University with a bachelor's degree, and then went on to obtain her law degree from Indiana University Maurer School of Law in 1982. A frequent speaker at Indiana Trial Lawyers Association gatherings, she has taught several Indiana Continuing Legal Education Forum seminars and is a former adjunct professor in trial advocacy at Indiana University Maurer School of Law.

Assisting clients in the Bloomington, Indiana, area, Ms. Green is licensed to practice law in Indiana and before the U.S. District Courts for the Northern and Southern Districts of Indiana. She is also licensed to practice before the U.S. Courts of Appeal for the 6th and 7th Circuits and the Supreme Court of the United States.
