A 1998 graduate of Cedarville University with a degree in political science and public administration, Mr. LeBlanc obtained his Juris Doctor from Indiana University Maurer School of Law in 2001. While there, he served as chief justice to the moot court society. During his undergraduate work, he also served as a legislative staff assistant to U.S. Senator, now Ohio Governor, Michael DeWine.
Mr. LeBlanc is admitted to practice before the U.S. District Court for the Northern and Southern Districts of Indiana, and he serves as Indiana State Chair for the Claims and Litigation Management Alliance. He is also vice president of the Hendricks County Pro Bono Council and member of the Indiana State Bar Association’s Ethics Committee as well as member of the Indiana Trial Lawyers Association, the Defense Research Institute, the Indiana and Indianapolis State Bar Associations, and the American Bar Association.
