Ashley Roncevic

Ashley Roncevic is an attorney at the law firm of Hollingsworth Roberts Means LLC located in Carmel, Indiana. She takes on cases focusing on family law and divorce cases, including child custody, support and visitation, paternity, modification of custody, prenuptial and postnuptial agreements, and relocation law. She also takes on civil litigation matters, including insurance defense and professional negligence. 

With a genuine concern for her clients, Ms. Roncevic tirelessly fights for the rights and liberties of her clients. Empathetic to the needs of her clients, she protects their best interests, be it in the family law area or in the negligence area, where someone is harmed due to another person’s careless behavior. An aggressive advocate both inside and outside the courtroom, she passionately dedicates her time and energy to each client’s unique case. 

With a Bachelor of Science degree in criminal justice and criminology, Ms. Roncevic graduated from Ball State University. She went on to study law at the Western Michigan University Thomas M. Cooley Law School and earned her Juris Doctor in business transactions in 2011. During this time, she served as a legal extern at the Community Health Network in Indianapolis. 

Ms. Roncevic is licensed to practice in Indiana and before the United States District Courts for the Northern and Southern Districts of Indiana. She is actively affiliated with the legal community and has memberships in the Indianapolis Bar Association, the Indiana State Bar Association, the Hamilton County Bar Association and the Central Indiana Association of Collaborative Professionals. 

A firm believer in giving back to society, Ms. Roncevic is a planning and event coordinator at the Joseph H. Brosher Memorial Scholarship Program and regularly volunteers at the Community Health Network Heart Foundation. She has a “Good” rating on Avvo for her notable legal work.
