Catherine M. Michael

Co-managing partner at Connell Michael Kerr, LLP, Catherine M. Michael works with families and students in education matters in Indiana, Texas, and Michigan. Ms. Michael handles matters of special education due process, Section 504 matters, disciplinary issues, expulsion, private school issues, disability claims and civil rights. A compassionate attorney, she also handles matters of children’s personal injury both in school environments and outside of them, including rape, molestation and sexual abuse.
