Darron Stewart

A partner at Stewart & Stewart Attorneys in Carmel, Indiana, Darron Stewart, holds nearly three decades of experience in personal injury law. Serving statewide in Indiana, he advocates for victims in matters involving wrongful death, motor vehicle accidents, premises liability, animal bites, product liability, construction site injuries and other serious injuries. As a fluent Spanish speaker, he ensures his clients never feel less understood because of communication barriers.

Mr. Stewart graduated from Butler University with a bachelor’s degree in legal studies in 1990 and proceeded to receive a master’s degree in 1994. To hone his legal acumen and his litigation skills, he enrolled at Thomas M. Cooley Law School, where he obtained his J.D. in 1998. In the same year, he was admitted to the Indiana State Bar Association and gained licensure to practice in Kentucky the following year.

Additionally, Mr. Stewart is admitted to practice before the U.S. District Courts for the Northern and Southern Districts of Indiana and the Eastern and Western Districts of Kentucky. He is also admitted to the United States Supreme Court, the Indiana Supreme Court and the Kentucky Supreme Court.

Having advocated for victims for years, Mr. Stewart ensures that his clients are treated with dignity and fairness throughout the case. He maintains an active standing in the legal community through his memberships with the American Bar Association, the American Association for Justice, the Indiana State Bar Association and the Kentucky Bar Association. Furthermore, he is a member of the Indiana Trial Lawyers Association and the Kentucky Academy of Trial Lawyers, demonstrating his dedication to promoting a fair justice system and ensuring open access to courts.
