Upon completing his undergraduate studies in criminal justice and political science at Ball State University, Mr. Kirages went on to study law at Indiana University Robert H. McKinney School of Law. He obtained his Juris Doctor in 2016 and in the same year, he got licensed to practice law in Indiana. Additionally, he is admitted to practice before the U.S. District Court for the Southern and Northern District of Indiana.
