As founder and owner of Loyalty Law, Jamison J. Allen has built a reputation as a tenacious advocate for injured Hoosiers. For the vast majority of his career, he has been exclusively committed to helping injury victims obtain full compensation for their losses. Jamison has recovered compensation for the full range of injuries: everything from trucking collisions to wrongful death to premises liability and more.
Jamison graduated from the University of Illinois College of Law and was admitted to the Illinois Bar in 2002. However, he decided to take the Indiana Bar Exam two years later to return to his boyhood home. Today, he leads a growing team dedicated to using skill and compassion to protect injury victims.
An active member of the Indiana Trial Lawyers Association, the Indiana State Bar Association, and the Trial Lawyers College litigation group, Jamison remains committed to mentoring new attorneys, sharing advice to help other attorneys' clients, and ensuring that the promise of justice is accessible to all Hoosiers. Whether negotiating a pretrial settlement or challenging injustice on appeal, his commitment to protecting the rights of the injured does not waver.
True to the name Jamison chose for his law firm, Loyalty Law operates on three guiding principles - courage in the courtroom, integrity in every decision, and an unrelenting pursuit of justice. Jamison made headlines in August 2022 when he secured a $3 million jury verdict for his 93-year-old client in a case where the independent mediator encouraged Jamison and his client to settle for an amount that ended up being only 13% of the jury verdict Jamison obtained. Jamison and his client had the courage to ignore the pressure to settle and instead fought for justice at trial. As lead counsel for the entirety of the case, Jamison not only obtained full compensation for his client but also helped elderly plaintiffs across Indiana obtain higher offers from insurance companies in future cases.
Beyond his success at trial, Jamison's appellate experience places him in an exclusive group of Indiana litigators who have won an Indiana Supreme Court case. Jamison was the principal brief writer in Clark v. Mattar (148 N.E.3d 988, Ind. 2020), a landmark decision that requires judges to remove biased jurors who are reluctant to compensate injured plaintiffs for emotional distress and other non-economic damages. Jamison's drive to win this case was a result of his commitment to give every injured party the right to a fair and impartial jury.

Bar / Professional Activity
- Indianapolis Trial Skills Group member, 2026
- Filed a Petition for Transfer with the Indiana Supreme Court in a case where the Court of Appeals determined the trial judge had no basis to refuse a jury instruction Jamison requested at trial. Jamison requested the instruction to explain the relevant Indiana law and guide the jury on how to handle the fact the defendant destroyed the video of the incident. The case is Ludwig v. Flaherty & Collins, 25A-CT-00941. , 2026
- Jamison started his own law firm on January 1, 2026. After more than 20 years of experience as a partner and trial lawyer in law firms, Jamison realized he needed to start his own law firm to practice law in a manner that puts the injury lawyer stereotype to shame. Jamison did not do what the vast majority of injury lawyers do and name his law firm after himself. Instead, Jamison chose the name "Loyalty" to identify what his firm delivers and to separate his firm from the pack. , 2026
- At the request of the Indiana State Bar Association, in June 2026 at ISBA's annual Solo & Small Firm Conference, Jamison taught trial skills to attorneys from all over the State of Indiana. Jamison's presentation stressed the importance of treating all people as individuals instead of numbers, being humble enough to realize the best ideas often come from people with less education than a trial lawyer, and simply outworking the opponent., 2026
- At the request of the Indiana Trial Lawyers Association, in May 2026 at ITLA's annual Lifetime Achievement Seminar, Jamison taught other attorneys the essential steps to take immediately after an injury to preserve evidence and hold wrongdoers responsible if they destroy video or other evidence. Although Jamison drafted and revised the letters multiple times over the years with the wisdom gained as a trial lawyer, Jamison shared the actual letters he uses with other lawyers. Jamison does not want any injured person denied justice, and without any expectation of payment he feels he has a social duty to help other lawyers protect their clients from corporate greed. , 2026
- Sustaining Member of the Indiana Trial Lawyers Association, 2026
- Indiana State Bar Association member, 2026

The case garnered media interest because the fatal crash occurred at an intersection local residents had identified as exceptionally dangerous, with multiple crashes and complaints to the City of Indianapolis over the course of several years. The crash occurred on September 14, 2025. Jamison's efforts to influence the safety decisions of the City of Indianapolis continues not only in this case, but in two non-fatal cases he signed in 2026 occurring at different but still dangerous Indianapolis intersections. , 2026
- Settled a case for the six-figure policy limits in April 2026, even though he only learned of and signed the case in January 2026, the case was 18 months old at signing, and the offer on the case was $0 on the day Jamison signed the case., 2026

When the case settled one week prior to trial, the UIM carrier agreed to pay $125,000.00., 2024
