Lindsay Popejoy has dedicated her career to representing victims who have been injured in the State of Indiana. Lindsay has successfully represented clients in matters involving personal injury, medical malpractice, birth injury, brain injury, product liability, wrongful death, motor vehicle accidents, and trucking accidents. Her complex and diverse caseload has sharpened her skills as a litigator and advocate.
Clients often encounter complicated and intimidating challenges, and not all attorneys possess the insight needed to navigate these situations. Lindsay knows what it takes to secure compensation from negligent motorists, negligent medical professionals, hospitals, medical device companies, and liability insurance companies. She is driven by the belief that our greatest purpose in life is to use our talents to aid those in need. Her primary goal is to make a meaningful impact on as many lives as possible. She is committed to working tirelessly to secure fair compensation for her clients' injuries and losses.
Lindsay's passion for justice began during her undergraduate years at Indiana University in Bloomington, where she embraced the law as a powerful equalizer for those who have been wronged. This realization set her on the path to becoming an attorney who is committed to championing the injured. From 2013 to 2016, Lindsay pursued her legal education at IU Robert H. McKinney School of Law in Indianapolis, engaging in various roles such as a law clerk, extern, and participant in the Civil Practice Clinic. Her excellence in oral advocacy earned her a spot in the Order of the Barristers.
Upon graduating in 2016, Lindsay started her legal career as an associate attorney at an esteemed personal injury law firm in downtown Indianapolis where she honed her skills as a trial lawyer. In 2020, Lindsay helped to establish The Cline Law Firm in Carmel where she continues to pursue justice for her injured clients.
Lindsay is a member of the American Association for Justice, the Indiana Trial Lawyers Association, the Indiana State Bar Association, and the Indianapolis Bar Association.
