Stephanie L. Cassman

With nearly 25 years of experience judiciously representing clients across a wide range of tumultuous legal matters, Stephanie L. Cassman leaves no stone unturned in her pursuit of giving them the just compensation they deserve for enduring painful injuries due to no fault of their own. Ms. Cassman completed her undergraduate studies in 1997, graduating with her Bachelor of Arts degree in English and political science from Indiana University Bloomington. She then attended the Indiana University Robert H. McKinney School of Law, where she was an active participant in the Women’s Caucus and moot court competitions. She received her Juris Doctor in 2000, and in the same year, she obtained her license to practice law in Indiana. 

Later on, Ms. Cassman gained admission to practice before the United States District Courts for the Northern and Southern Districts of Indiana, the United States Court of Appeals for the 7th Circuit and the Indiana Supreme Court. A consummate professional through and through, she maintains consistency in her eminent advocacy, and for her many contributions, she has been peer-review rated AV Preeminent* through Martindale-Hubbell, the organization’s highest rating, and holds an impressive “Superb” rating on Avvo. 

Outside her law practice, Ms. Cassman maintains close affiliations with myriad organizations, including the Indiana Trial Lawyers Association, the Indiana State Bar Association, the American Association for Justice, the Indianapolis Bar Association and The American Law Institute, among many others.
