Tarah M.C. Baldwin

As an attorney, Tarah M.C. Baldwin represents clients in Indianapolis, Indiana, and the surrounding metropolitan area. Most of her practice is devoted to civil litigation, including and extending to administrative law, probate and estate, trusts, wills, estate planning, criminal defense, guardianship and employment disputes. Named to Class X of the Indiana State Bar Association’s Leadership Development Academy, she is committed to providing the best services for her clients, no matter how diverse their needs.

Ms. Baldwin attended Indiana University-Purdue University Indianapolis, and after earning a Bachelor of Arts in Legal Communication, she moved on to study law at the Indiana University Robert H. McKinney School of Law, where she earned her Juris Doctor. Her additional legal studies took her to China and to the United Kingdom, and she was the Comparative Law Review’s Executive Production Editor and a Fellow for the Program on Law and State Government.

With additional certification in both Chinese Law and Trial Advocacy, she is admitted to practice in Indiana. Ms. Baldwin is also admitted to practice before the United States District Court for the Southern District of Indiana and the United States District Court for the Northern District of Indiana.

A member of the Indiana State Bar Association, the American Bar Association and the Indianapolis Bar Association, Ms. Baldwin has also been recognized for her volunteer work with the John Paul Berlon Pro Bono Award, the Norman Lefstein Award of Excellence and the William M. Plater Civic Engagement Medallion.
