Bill began his twenty-plus years as a licensed attorney working on complex commercial contract disputes, which provided him with an excellent understanding of litigation techniques and courtroom experience. Since focusing his practice on family law over fifteen years ago, Bill has acquired a wealth of experience in analyzing and resolving complex marital estates, navigating and winning highly contentious custody disputes, along with the many other areas that family law touches upon.

Bill’s favorite part of his work is going to court. From the perspective of the attorney, it is a unique intellectual and professional challenge. However, Bill recognizes that for the client, going to court can be an emotionally and financially draining endeavor. Making the decision to go to court is difficult, and Bill will guide you in making the best decision for you and your family.

After earning a degree in psychology from Purdue University, Bill worked for five years in the mental health field working with mentally disabled and mentally ill adults. This rewarding work provided Bill with the knowledge and understanding that mental health challenges can present, whether those be with your spouse or child.
