Paul G. Stracci

The founder of the Stracci Law Group, Paul Gerald Stracci divides his practice between criminal defense matters and personal injury litigation. The firm is located in Crown Point, Indiana, and he works with clients from Lake County and other parts of the greater Gary metropolitan area. Mr. Stracci formed his firm in September 2019 after being with other area criminal defense firms.

In his personal injury practice, Mr. Stracci assists people who have been significantly harmed in incidents that have been the fault of other parties. The types of cases that he has worked on since expanding his practice to this area of the law have included truck and other types of motor vehicle crashes, dramshop liability, animal bites, and premises liability claims such as slips and falls. Due to Mr. Stracci’s courtroom skills as well as his persuasiveness at the settlement negotiating table, his clients have received substantial amounts of compensation for the losses that they have sustained.

Mr. Stracci brings to the table many years of experience in defending people who have been accused by the state or federal government of having committed misdemeanors and felonies. His caseload in this regard has included drug possession and distribution, driving under the influence of alcohol, weapons violations, public corruption, white collar offenses, violent crimes, health care fraud and sex crimes. Here as well, Mr. Stracci has an excellent record of success both in the courtroom and when negotiating favorable plea agreements with the prosecution.
