Brian K. Carroll

Brian K Carroll is a partner at Johnson Carroll Norton Kent & Goedde P.C.  Mr. Carroll practices in the areas of Business Law, Estate & Trust Planning/Administration, Real Estate, and Elder Law.  He is a Certified Elder Law Attorney by the National Elder Law Foundation as well as a Certified Estate Planning and Administration Specialist by the Trust and Estate Specialization Board.  He is the Southern Indiana Representative of the Special Needs Alliance; a National network of lawyers dedicated to disability and public benefits law.  Mr. Carroll is a fellow member of the Indiana Bar Foundation as well as a fellow of the American College of Trust and Estate Counsel.  Mr. Carroll graduated with a Bachelor of Science Degree from the Indiana University in 1978 and graduated Cum Laude from Indiana University Robert H McKinney School of Law in 1982 where he was admitted to the Indiana Bar.  Mr. Carroll has seved as a Member of the Board of Governors and House of Delegates at the Indiana State Bar Association; and as a Chair of the Indiana State Bar Association, Young Lawyers, Probate, Trust  and Real Property General Practice, Solo and Small Firm Sections.  He also has served as a Director for the Evansville Bar Association and Chair of the Evansville Bar Association Probate Committe, as well as President of the Harlazton Society of the University of Evansville.   Mr Carroll is a commisioner of the Indiana Supreme Court Disciplinary Commission.
