Amy O. Carson

Amy O. Carson, the managing partner and owner of Massillamany Jeter & Carson LLP in Fishers, Indiana, shines as a prominent force among the new wave of family law attorneys in the state. With a blend of compassion and assertiveness, she dedicates her entire legal career to family law and appellate issues. Her diverse practice includes matters of divorce (contested and uncontested), child custody and support, adoption, appeals, guardianships, paternity, relocations, modifications and other post-decree cases.

She earned her J.D. cum laude in 2007 from Indiana University Robert H. McKinney School of Law and completed the Indianapolis Bar Association’s Bar Leader Series. She holds licenses to practice in all state courts in Indiana and the U.S. District Courts for the Northern and Southern Districts of Indiana.
