Sarah Graziano

Having advocated for personal injury victims for the last two decades, Sarah Graziano holds deep compassion for her clients. Representing clients in matters like motor vehicle accidents, wrongful death and premises liability, she prioritizes communication and ensures the clients are involved in each step of the process. Working with Hensley Legal Group, PC, in Fishers, Indiana, she helps individuals with employment matters such as discrimination and contractual disputes.

After graduating with a bachelor’s degree from the University of Wisconsin-Milwaukee, Ms. Graziano pursued a law degree at Valparaiso University School of Law. She graduated with her Juris Doctor in 1999 and earned her license to practice in Indiana in the same year. As a practitioner in both state and federal courts, she is also admitted to practice before the U.S. District Court for the Southern and Northern Districts of Indiana.

Beginning her career in a defense firm, Ms. Graziano focused primarily on litigation matters. Soon, she realized that her calling was to help people stand up for themselves against corporations and insurance companies. She began to hone a passion for not just representing people in such matters but also providing them with the opportunity to move on with their lives, despite the tragedies. Her practice shifted to helping personal injury victims in 2002.

Professionally, Ms. Graziano is associated with the Indiana Trial Lawyers Association as a member of the board, the Academy of Trucking Accident Attorneys and the American Association for Justice. Her relentless efforts to provide respite to her clients have earned her several recognitions, including recognitions in America’s Top 100 Attorneys, the National Trial Lawyers Top 100 and Best Lawyers. She is also a member of the Million Dollar Advocates Forum, an invite-only organization for attorneys who have received millions of dollars in settlements for their clients.
