Edward E. Beck

Attorney Edward E. Beck is a partner at Shambaugh Kast Beck & Williams, LLP, in Fort Wayne, Indiana. Mr. Beck focuses his practice on personal injury law, serving clients in Fort Wayne and throughout Allen County, Indiana. He handles matters involving motor vehicle accidents, dog bites, premises liability, trucking accidents and wrongful death.

Mr. Beck earned a bachelor’s degree from Indiana University and received his law degree from Indiana University Robert H. McKinney School of Law, graduating magna cum laude. He has been licensed to practice law since 1973. Following law school, he served as a deputy prosecuting attorney in Fort Wayne before founding Shambaugh Kast Beck & Williams, L.L.P.

Mr. Beck is licensed in all Indiana state courts as well as before the U.S. District Courts for the Northern and Southern Districts of Indiana and the U.S. Court of Appeals for the Seventh Circuit. He is a highly experienced litigator and a registered civil mediator.

A member of various professional organizations, Mr. Beck belongs to the Allen County Bar Association, the Indiana State Bar Association, the American Bar Association and the American Association for Justice. He has been a director of the Indiana Trial Lawyers Association since 1987 and serves as director of the Schwab Foundation.

Mr. Beck has been recognized for his accomplishments and contributions to the legal profession by the National Trial Lawyers. He was named one of the “top 100 trial lawyers” by the prominent and respected national organization.
