Amy M. Davis has developed a well-deserved reputation among her colleagues as a leading personal injury and wrongful death litigation attorney. Ms. Davis pursued her undergraduate education at Anderson University, where she majored in political science, and was a member of the school’s varsity women’s basketball team before receiving a Bachelor of Arts in 2005. She remained in the state for her legal education at the Indiana University Robert H. McKinney School of Law, and she graduated with her Juris Doctor in 2010. Ms. Davis became admitted to practice before all Indiana state courts later that year.
The types of cases that Ms. Davis has handled have included sexual abuse, nursing home negligence, trucking crashes, motor vehicle crashes, and catastrophic injury cases, and her skills in making presentations in front of juries, as well as her tenacity at the bargaining table have resulted in her obtaining just compensation through jury verdicts and negotiated settlements on behalf of her clients. This track record has resulted in the numerous honors and awards that she has received from her fellow professionals, including a “Superb” peer review rating through Avvo. Ms. Davis was named the Indiana Trial Lawyer's Association's Trial Lawyer of the Year for 2021, an honor for which she was again nominated in 2024. She has been recognized by Forbes Advisor as one of the Best Personal Injury Lawyers in Indianapolis, Indiana. She has also been named to The National Trial Lawyers: Top 40 Under 40, and she has been bestowed with a Lifetime Achievement recognition from America’s Top 100 Attorneys.
