Ashley Hadler is a personal injury attorney and focuses her practice helping survivors and families affected by nursing home abuse, sexual abuse, medical malpractice, and wrongful death. Ashley handles cases throughout the states of Indiana and Illinois.

Her background in science, psychology, health law, and elder law enables her to uniquely handle cases involving clients who have suffered from trauma, complex medical issues and/or the elderly. She understands the issues faced by people who are injured in facilities where they live, places where they receive education, where they are coached, or at the hands of a healthcare professional.

Ashley often speaks to group of attorneys, victim advocates, and survivors of abuse to discuss the legal options available to recover compensation after abuse. She has extensive experience investigating potential persons or businesses to be held accountable and/or sources of recovery available.

Ashley’s clients range in age from children to the elderly. One of her current cases involves a nursing home resident who was repeatedly sexually abused by a facility employee who gained unrestricted access to the woman’s room. She has experience handling sexual abuse and assault cases committed in churches, residential care facilities, daycares, schools, and in organized sports.

Ashley is an active member of the Indiana Trial Lawyers Association, Illinois Trial Lawyers Association, and the American Association for Justice.
