Bill Frederick

In my career, I have always had a strong passion to make a big impact in helping others. This passion is what led me to become an attorney.  As a criminal defense attorney, I represent clients who have been involved in drug charges, OVWI, juvenile crimes, sex crimes, violent crimes, and other felonies. I understand the devastating impact of an arrest or criminal charge, and I am passionate about fighting for the rights of my clients. I am committed to consistently providing the highest quality legal service, with the goal of attaining justice through reduced or dismissed criminal charges.  I devote my practice, and my exclusively, to criminal defense law to help people in need.

I have practiced criminal law for my entire legal career.  My prior legal experience includes nine years as a prosecutor at the Marion County Prosecutor’s Office in the juvenile, municipal and major felony divisions.  I have litigated numerous major cases for my clients, including over 20 attempted murder and murder cases.  Before leaving the prosecutor's office, I was the supervisor of Criminal Division 5, managing three major felony prosecutors.

I have unique insight into the strategies and techniques used by prosecutors. This allows me to provide the best possible defense to my criminal defense clients.

I grew up in Las Cruces, New Mexico.  I received a bachelor’s degree in psychology from Creighton University. I went on to earn a Master’s degree in Sports Administration from Valparaiso University and my law degree from Valparaiso University Law School.  I acquired my license to practice law in 2009, and I am eligible to appear before all Indiana state courts.
