Bradley L. Banks

Bradley L. Banks is a co-founder of Banks & Brower LLC. Located in Indianapolis, he furnishes advice and counsel to clients throughout Indiana in a variety of practice areas. With his primary focus on criminal law, he provides defense representation to people who have been charged by the state with misdemeanor or felony offenses. The types of cases that he has handled in this regard have included driving under the influence, violent crimes, drug possession and distribution, sex crimes, and robbery and burglary. Prior to entering private practice, Mr. Banks was a deputy prosecutor with the Marion County Prosecutor's Office in Indianapolis, and his experience there has helped him to anticipate the types of tactics that he now faces in his representation of defendants.  While a Prosecutor Brad served as a Major Felony Prosecutor, Homocide Prosecutor and as a Division Chief.

In addition to his criminal defense caseload, Mr. Banks has a personal injury and wrongful death litigation practice, representing people who have incurred economic and noneconomic losses due to the negligence of other parties in incidents arising out of premises liability, workplace injuries, animal attacks and motor vehicle crashes.  Mr. Banks received his training in personal injury law from a prestigous law firm in Valparaiso, Indiana where he worked after graduating from law school. Mr. Banks majored in communications at Purdue University and received a Bachelor of Arts in 1997. His legal education came at Valparaiso University Law School, where he served on the Valparaiso Law Review before being awarded his Juris Doctor in 2000. Mr. Banks is admitted to practice before all Indiana state courts, and his professional affiliations include the Hamilton County Bar Association.
