Brian J. Tuohy

Brian J. Tuohy, partner at Tuohy Bailey & Moore LLP, focuses his practice on zoning, real estate litigation, contract matters, and civil litigation. Brian represents land owners and businesses in zoning petitions throughout Indiana and has successfully litigated in state and federal trial courts. He has served on the Board of Directors for closely held businesses. Brian graduated from the Indiana University School of Law and is a licensed real estate broker. He is the past President of the Indianapolis Bar Association Land Use Section and he serves on the Marion County Public Defender Board.  In 2017 he was appointed as general counsel to the Indianapolis Airport Authority Board.  He is AV rated and has been annually recognized in Indiana Super Lawyers since 2005.
