Brooke Bernhardt

Brooke Bernhardt is a founding partner of Bernhardt Phillips, LLP, in Indianapolis, Indiana, where she focuses her practice exclusively on family law. She provides comprehensive representation in a wide range of domestic relations matters, including divorce, child custody and support, parenting time disputes, paternity and spousal maintenance. She also advises and represents clients in adoptions, guardianships, third-party custody issues, prenuptial and postnuptial agreements, relocations, name changes, and cases involving grandparent visitation. 

Ms. Bernhardt earned her law degree from Indiana University Robert H. McKinney School of Law. She completed her undergraduate studies at Purdue University, where she received a Bachelor of Arts. Her strong academic background has supported her ability to approach family law issues with both analytical precision and practical problem-solving skills.

In addition to her legal practice, Ms. Bernhardt has been entrusted with roles that reflect her dedication to public service and the legal community. She has served as a guardian ad litem, advocating for children in court proceedings, and as a judge pro tempore for the Marion County Superior Courts, where she gained valuable perspective on judicial decision-making.
