C. Matthew Zentz

C. Matthew Zentz is a distinguished attorney affiliated with the reputable firm Zentz Law, LLC.,  in Indianapolis. Since 2018, he has been dedicated to serving the residents of Indiana. With a focus on Department of Child Services/Child in Need of Services (DCS/CHINS) defense, family law, probate which encompasses adoptions, estate management and guardianships as well as criminal law, he is known for his vigorous advocacy and prudent legal counsel.

An alumnus of Indiana University, Mr. Zentz earned his B.S. in labor studies with high distinction. He further advanced his legal education by obtaining his J.D. from the Indiana University Robert H. McKinney School of Law. He also holds admissions to the U.S. District Courts for the Northern and Southern Districts of Indiana. His extensive knowledge and experience underpin his reputation for providing assertive legal representation and astute advice to his clientele.

Before embarking on his legal career, Mr. Zentz devoted himself to serving his country by enlisting in the United States Marine Corps at 17. His service spanned across the globe, and he continued his commitment to national defense with the Indiana National Guard in the aftermath of the September 11 attacks.

Following his military tenure, Mr. Zentz transitioned into the civilian workforce, where he gained valuable experience as a teamster and union representative. His diverse background, enriched by his academic achievements and practical insights, equips him with a distinctive perspective that he adeptly applies to his clients' needs.

In addition to his legal practice, Mr. Zentz maintains active memberships with the Indiana State Bar Association and the Indianapolis Bar Association. Furthermore, he proudly retains lifetime affiliations with the Veterans of Foreign Wars and The American Legion.
